PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Hardenburgh on August 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Hardenburgh Town Hall, 51 Rider Hollow Road, Arkville, NY 12406 regarding a proposed local law entitled “A LOCAL LAW ABOLISHING THE ELECTED POSITION OF TOWN HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT AND ESTABLISHING AN APPOINTED TOWN HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT POSITION”. The environmental significance, if any, of the proposed action may be reviewed incident to, and as a part of, said public hearing.
Any person shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed local law, a copy of which is available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Clerk. Persons who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
